During her October 27 appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to promote her new movie, Enola Holmes 2, Millie Bobby Brown was joined by her co-star-turned-bestie Noah Schnapp for a game of True Confessions. In the game, each player takes turns confessing a random fact before they interrogate each other to determine which is true.

Noah strategically played the game, as he chose to tell the story of how he "guilt-tripped" singer-songwriter Shawn Mendes into following him back on Instagram. "Why did you guilt-trip him, he didn't want to follow you?" Millie asked of the instance, which Noah claims happened "a year or two ago."

"Well, he followed everyone in the [Stranger Things] cast except for me," the 18-year-old actor explained. "He followed you, Sadie, Sadie, Caleb, everybody," he continued, pointing to Millie, who confirmed Noah was "bitter."

"What the heck, why does he follow everyone but me? He's beefing with me," Noah jokingly said before revealing he sent Shawn a DM saying he was "low-key offended."

When asked how Shawn responded to the DM, Noah dished, "He said 'What's up man? I love you so much.'" After this, Millie and Jimmy thought he was lying, but Noah's "guilt-tripping" turned out to be true, after all.

Shawn has yet to publicly address Noah's claims, if at all. If you haven't already, catch Millie and Noah's full game of True Confessions on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon below.
